Promoter: The Promoter is JAS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 78 114 781 592), trading as JAS Auto Electrical Parts of 327 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, 3149

Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 1st November 2025, 7am AEDT and concludes on 31st December 2025, 6pm AEDT (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility: The promotion is open to JAS Auto Electrical Parts customers who make qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period from JAS Auto Electrical Parts stores and via eJAS.

Entry Restrictions: This promotion is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 or over. This promotion excludes cash sales, commercial, reseller, OE and intercompany customers. Employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores or its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion. The Promoter may require entrants to provide reasonable proof that they meet the requirements for entry in the Promotion.

How to enter: 1. To qualify for an entry and be eligible to win, entrants must purchase over $300 ex GST valid products, during the Promotion Period from participating stores or via eJAS (Qualifying Purchase), on eligible brands.

2. Eligible brands are: Alcius, Bosch, Cole Hersee, Ctek, Delco, Delphi, Denso, ECCO, Endurant, Erich Jaeger, GME, Hella, Invision, JAS, LED Auto, LV, Mitsibishi, Narva, Noco, Optima, Projecta, Redarc, Remco, Roadvision, Tyree, Varta

3. Entrants will receive 1 entry per invoice, once $300 ex GST is spent.

4. To enter the promotion, customers can visit www.jasbiggiveaway.com.au after an eligible purchase. Customers will need to enter their JAS Auto Electrical Parts Customer Account Number and upload their valid invoice.

5. They will then instantly receive a digital scratch card. Scratch the digital scratch card to reveal instant win prizes.

6. Winners will be notified instantly onscreen.

7. If you are not successful in an instant win prize, customers will be automatically placed in the second prize draw. If you are an instant win prize winner you will be automatically placed in the second prize draw.

8. Customers must keep their invoice(s) as proof of purchase to be eligible for the promotion and entry into the draw.

9. Winners will be verified, prior to prizes been fulfilled.

Prize Draw: A random electronic draw, will take place at 327 Ferntree Gully Rd, Mount Waverley at 2:30pm AEDT on 20 January 2026 for the second prize (Major Prize) draw. All entries received during the promotion period will have a chance to win the major prize. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Notification: Winners of instant win prizes will be notified instantly on screen. Verifications of winners will take place post the Promotional Period and winners will be contacted via email by 22 January 2026 of the outcome. Winners of prizes $250 and above will be published (winner(s) initial of their first name, last name and postcode) on www.jasoceania.com.au by 22 January 2026. The winner of the major prize will be notified in writing by 27 January 2026 and published (winner(s) initial of their first name, last name and postcode) on www.jasoceania.com.au by 27 January 2026.

Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize winner does not respond by 30 April 2026, a new winner will be selected via random draw on 1 May 2026 at 2:30pm AEST at the same location as the original draw. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize(s) will be notified in writing within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw and published (winner(s) initial of their first name, last name and postcode) on www.jasoceania.com.au within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

The Promoter will not be liable to cover travel for prize winners to collect goods, and any third-party costs including insurance. The Promoter will determine all features of the prizes, including colours. Prizes are subject to availability and may differ from images featured in advertisements. Yamaha, Apple, Segway, Bose, DJI, Flight Centre, VISA and Red Balloon are trademarked by their respective owners and are not sponsors of this promotion. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice before acceptance of their Prize.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion or a prize event/activity if the entrant: disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another entrant or potential entrant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.

The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook and/or Instagram or another social media platform. However, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.

The prize(s) and/or parts of the prize(s) is/are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless the prize is cash). If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Privacy Information: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties required for the provision of the prizes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Promotion. In addition to the privacy term set out above, if the entrant has ticked the "opt-in" box, the Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information about the Promoter products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.
