Promoter: The Promoter is JAS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 78 114 781 592) of 327 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, 3149
Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 1st February 2025, 9am and concludes on 31st March 2025, 6pm (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility: The promotion is open to JAS Oceania, Baxters and Federal Batteries customers who make qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period from participating JAS Oceania, Baxters and Federal stores and via eJAS.
Entry Restrictions: This promotion is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 or over. This promotion excludes cash sales, commercial, reseller, OE and intercompany customers. Employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores or its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion. The Promoter may require entrants to provide reasonable proof that they meet the requirements for entry in the Promotion.
How to enter:
1. To qualify for an entry and be eligible to win, entrants must purchase over $300 ex GST valid products, on a single invoice, during the Promotion Period from participating stores or via eJAS (Qualifying Purchase). Valid products are starter motors, alternators or electric motors (Valid Products), stocked by JAS Oceania, Baxters and Federal Batteries.
2. Entrants will receive 1 entry per $300 ex GST spent. $600 ex GST will results in 2 entries, $900 ex GST will result in 3 entries and so on.
3. Entrants will receive an additional entry for every $500 ex GST spent.
4. Entrants may receive bonus entries, by purchasing specific products as per below:

5. Qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the draw.
6. Customers must keep their invoice(s) as proof of purchase to be eligible for the promotion and entry into the draw.
Prize details:
1st Prize: 1 x Quintrex F390 Outback Explorer Boat with retail value of $16,950k (includes trailer, 3 year warranty, 12 month registration).
2nd Prize: 1 x Segway AT5 L Quadpro with a retail value of $11,490.
3rd Prize: 1 x Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (in Kamet White) Retail Rideaway with a retail value of $9,190.
4th Prize: Leisure packs Light up your 4WD with a retail value of $5,000.
5th Prize: Power up your 4WD with a retail value of $5,000.
The total value is $47,630 (AUD).
Prize Draw: A random electronic draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, will take place at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 2:30pm AEST on 7 April 2025. The 1st prize will be drawn first following by the remaining prizes in order.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Notification: Winners (or unclaimed winners if applicable) be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the applicable draw and all winners will be published on www.jasoceania.com.au within 5 days of the applicable draw.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize winner does not respond by 30 April 2025, a new winner will be selected via random draw on 2 May 2025 at 2:30pm at the same location as the original draw. The Promoter will not be liable to cover travel for prize winners to collect goods, and any third-party costs including insurance. The Promoter will determine all features of the major prizes, including exterior and interior colours and additional extras. Prizes are subject to availability and may differ from images featured in advertisements. Quintrex, Segway and Royal Enfield are trademarked by their respective owners and are not sponsors of this promotion. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice before acceptance of their Prize.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion or a prize event/activity if the entrant: disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another entrant or potential entrant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook and/or Instagram or another social media platform. However, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.
The prize(s) and/or parts of the prize(s) is/are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless the prize is cash).
Privacy Information: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties required for the provision of the prizes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Promotion. In addition to the privacy term set out above, if the entrant has ticked the "opt-in" box, the Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information about the Promoter products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.
